Ordering Gifts.com Gift Cards is quick and easy with the help of your Gifts.com dedicated account manager. Once your order has been sent we will provide you and your recipients with customer support directly and through our award-winning call center.

  1. Call, email or submit a form to provide us with some details about your gift card needs.
  2. A sales representative will contact you to prepare an order form or invoice.
  3. Select your gift card design from a wide array of standard and special occasion designs or provide your logo for added customization. Select the amount for each recipient, customize your message and select a delivery option.
  4. Your order will be finalized by your account manager and you will be sent a confirmation. It’s that simple!

Delivery

The Gifts.com Gift Card can be sent via e-mail or printed for hand-delivery. For immediate gratification, email the Gifts.com Gift Card directly to your recipient. Or try the personal touch and send it to yourself to print and deliver in person. We can also print and ship gift cards to you if needed.

Redeem

Once recipients receive their electronic or printed Gifts.com Gift Card certificate design, they will be directed to our website at giftcards.gifts.com/redeem. There are three quick and easy steps:

  1. Enter the claimcode and choose the amount. The Gifts.com Gift Card has no expiration date so funds can be redeemed at different times if needed.
  2. Choose from over 100 top stores and restaurants on our merchant list. The recipient can redeem the entire amount of the gift card for one merchant gift card or split it across multiple merchants. They also have the option to add more funds to their gift card.
  3. The recipient includes their mailing and contact details and completes the redemption process. Depending on the merchant, the merchant gift card may be send via mail or email.
